[Mediawiki-l] Help section

Use Special:Export, plus the list of help pages at
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AAllpages&from=&namespace=12
to export an XML file containing the lot, then Special:Import on your
new wiki to import those; they will appear in your Help namespace.
