[Mediawiki-l] "rollback button" improvement suggestion

As an admin, when I click on a (diff) or (last)
button, not only do I view the current version and the
previous version, I get a [rollback] button.....what
I'd like is under the [rollback] button for there to
be a space to write an edit summary, and for there to
be a button to add that article to my watch list.
