You appear to need to find out what a CMS is, since it sounds like
that's what you require, not a wiki engine. Adding PHP code or CGI in
wiki pages and having it executed would be nothing short of a security
vulnerability.

If you wish to customise the MediaWiki software, then that's a matter
of editing the PHP scripts which run it.
