[Mediawiki-l] Where is the Categories page?

myWikiURL/Category:Test or just click on the link that a page using a cat 
has.
See http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki , on the bottom of the page 
there's:
"Categories<http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Categories&article=MediaWiki>:
MediaWiki <http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:MediaWiki>", this are 
links to the categories pages.
Then click the edit button/tab on the category page.
