Cmd+A Cmd+X Cmd+Tab Cmd+V
(perform fancy regexp operations or such)
Cmd+A Cmd+X Cmd+Tab Cmd+V
click "Save"

There are some emacs & jedit extensions for accessing wikis from within 
the editor out there somewhere, but I've not found much need for it 
myself.
