[Licom-l] outreach: opengeodb

Wow, I didn't know that these images are still in use. However, the
opengeodb data used to create them is PD. And since there was no
creativity involved (besides on how to click a button) you can put
them under any license you want. What about labelling existing images
as PD and drop the template?
