Wikizine is a newsletter. The newsletter is since edition number 16
under the GNU/FDL as stated at the end of every edition since then.
Editions before number 16 are retroactive also GNU/FDL as defined in
Wikizine 16.

Since Wikizine CIV  (number 104) Wikizine, the newsletter, is
dual-licensed, as stated in Wikizine CIV as a news item and in the end
text. That is not retroactive.

When posted on the website then is the newsletter posted completly, with
the end text and license information. You can state that Wikizine.org as
website is GNU/FDL but the newsletter content is dual-licensed, at least
since Wikizine CIV.

The end text is;

Wikizine.org makes no guarantee of accuracy,
validity and especially but not limited to,
correct grammar and spelling. Satisfaction is not guaranteed.
Wikizine.org is published by [[meta:user:Walter]].
Wikizine is a irregular publication as long as there is noteworthy news
(and time)
