[Licom-l] Persistent Internal Error Blocks Voting

Tim,

We've received two reports that appear to be the same rare problem:

User:Kinema and User:RichardRothwell both from enwiki

According to Kinema, after following the jump to SPI he is shown a
page titled "Internal Error" with no useful diagnostics.  This error
state has been recurring every time he tries to vote for days.  I've
already verified that these accounts appear vote eligible.

Could you look into this?
