A somewhat related question.  It isn't clear to me how the jump text
will be handled.  If I understand correctly, that little bit of text
and its translations telling the editor they are going to SPI needs to
be loaded onto all of Wikimedia's wikis.  However we would only
generally be installing the translations into the interface on the SPI
wiki.  Have you figured out a process to port those translations to
the other wikis?

Or maybe I'm just totally confused about how that bit works?
