You have to initiate the voting process on the wiki where you've
obtained eligibility. So, if you're eligible on the English Wikipedia,
you would go to

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:SecurePoll/vote/6

Click the "Go to voting server" button, and then vote on the SPI server.
