[Licom-l] CentralNotice

The CentralNotice is pretty much ready to go on our end.  (Large
number of translations have already been completed and Josh is going
to keep publishing them as they come.)

I've set it up so that it runs for the times we want:  licensing-vote
			2009/04/09 00:00 	2009/04/30

Erik, when it's time all you have to do is check "enabled" and click
"submit". <http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNotice>  If
there are problems, bother Tomasz. ;-)
