[Labs-l] Can we get the Labs Project Board for Grafana working again>

Production and labs have been separated in two different grafana instances
as part of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T120295, IOW
https://grafana-labs.wikimedia.org has the correct datasources for graphite
labs' and other things, you can still export/import existing dashboards
from grafana.w.o though
