[Labs-l] [Labs-announce] NFS /public/dumps down today for maintenance

/public/dumps maintenance has finished.  Thanks to those who graciously
held off on their analytics jobs.

I ran into an issue[1] during recovery that has made this time consuming
but things should be returned to normal.
