[Labs-l] Gathering the results of Special:CentralAuth in electronic form

I would like to get the results of a user's home wiki, which wikis a user
is active on, and their edit count. This is just like Special:CentralAuth
(example:
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Magog_the_Ogre), but
in electronic form. I would prefer an API method, but I will accept a
database one.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
