[Labs-l] Outage in progress

Looks something still hasn't been restored because big brother is still spamming me.  Speaking of which, can big brother be shut off during outages?  It really drives my new email count to 200 when something breaks over there.  Better yet let's shut off the emails from big brother and have it write to a log file instead.  It's making my inbox extremely hard to read.
