[Labs-l] No new instances for a bit

     During today's upgrade I've hit a serious OpenStack bug which 
breaks DNS for all newly created instances.  I'm working on it, and will 
follow up with this list when the issue is resolved... I predict it 
won't be fixed until tomorrow.
     In the meantime, existing instances and tools should be fine.
