[Labs-l] MediaWiki-Vagrant in an LXC container on your Labs instance

I finally got time at the Wikimania 2015 hackathon to work on my
project to create a Puppet role that would fully provision Vagrant,
LXC and MediaWiki-Vagrant on a Labs host [0]. This was follow up work
to the project I did just before the Lyon hackathon to enable using
LXC as a container for a MediaWiki-Vagrant install on a laptop [1].

I've put some docs up on wikitech [2] on how to get started using it.
For now it should be considered experimental, but I'd really like some
regular labs-vagrant users to try it out and see if there are kinks
that need fixing. I'd like to see labs-vagrant become deprecated
sooner rather than later if LXC containers are stable.

Thanks to YuviPanda and akosiaris for the techops help they gave me to
get this unblocked.
