[Labs-l] Rolling reboots today (finished)

One of my instances appears to have vanished or is suffering from a
critical issue:

When I checked it about 7 days ago, it was up and running but now its
instance state is "building (scheduling)" which is obviously wrong
because it's an old instance. Restaring or configuring does not work.
