[Labs-l] Queue machine down... causing webservice to be borked.

One of the queue machines is down.  Machine houses a webservice.  My
webserver is one and it is hosed.  I'm unable to use 'webservice stop' or
qdel to remove the job,

>From the qstat number, 118 other web servers are hosed.
