[Labs-l] Partial (but dramatic) labs outage on Tuesday: 2015-02-24 1500UTC-1800UTC

+1 to the questions about Tools uptime expectations (what are they,
quantitatively?) and reality (seem to be down a lot more often than
anticipated, and this needs to be addressed. Is anyone prioritizing
addressing this issue in their quarterly performance plans?).

I too would be curious to know what is rapidly filling 30 TB of hard disk
space.
