hey Andrew,
thanks for taking care of this! for unrelated reasons these two changes
were applied to mediawiki-config that would be nice to have for wikitech
too:
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/188724/2 and
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/188734/1
what's the best way to get those applied to wikitech's config?
