[Labs-l] Librsvg errors

This occurs when I run it on both Trusty and Bastion. It also occurs on my
personal machine which is running the same version of Ubuntu and RSVG.

Seeing as how Wikimedia is not experiencing an error, I was hoping that I
might be able to access the same process that parses the file.
