[Labs-l] Librsvg errors

I am using the rsvg version which exists on Labs, which is itself provided
by Ubuntu.

$ rsvg --version
rsvg-convert version 2.40.2

I presume this means that Wikimedia is using a different verison of rsvg?
Is it accessible for a PHP programmer?
