The revision table for hrwiki on the production databases matches those
numbers.

"Page edits since Wikipedia was set up" counts revisions for deleted pages,
which are stored in the 'archive' table. There are 244653 rows there for
hrwiki, both in production and in the sanitized mirror in the Labs mirrors.
