[Labs-l] Documentation: Labs node setup

Hi,

I took some notes while working through the process of setting up new nodes
in betalabs & hooking them up with puppet and salt:

Most of this information is also available from the pages linked from there,
but I found it hard to figure out all the steps and potential pitfalls as
this information is distributed across a lot of pages and mixed with a lot
of cases that aren't relevant for the typical client node setup.

Please have a look & improve it.
