[Labs-l] Tech support requests

What is the best way to get tech support for labs? Using IRC seems to be 
hit or miss.

The enwiki database appears to not be replicating. The most recent 
change has been sitting at 2014-11-15 12:38:00 UTC for several hours.

I wrote a tool at https://tools.wmflabs.org/bambots/ReplicationLag.php 
to check replication lag using the most recent rc_timestamp in the 
recentchanges table.
