[Labs-l] Site monitoring shown "Site down" every day during 05:20 to 05:30 UTC

I’ve looked into it a little bit, but I can see no interruption in service during that period for any tool.  Perhaps if you can give us the IP you are attempting to connect /from/, I can look in the proxy log and determine whether you’re getting different answers during that time and why?
