[Labs-l] Crontab not working

Its a case of the user not providing any information that they are claiming
that they have provided. I just spent a few minutes reviewing your emails
the level of information that you have provided was:

Looks like it converted my crontab to submit the actual crons to the
queue.  The jobs are going to the queue, but dying.   Crap from the crons
are  filling up my home directory.

I too am getting the same thing  Maximilian Doerr (cyberbot)  had, "adds a
bunch of junk,/usr/bin/jsub -N <unwanted name> -once -quiet, to the
beginning of each entry, breaking the crontab"  I don't know what Marc did
to fix cyberbot's crontab.

Thats it. I have asked SEVERAL times for more information and your being
difficult and claiming you provided it without actually ever doing so.

No Im not going out of my way to read your mind, if you cant be arsed to
provide the basic information that I tried to get you to provide so that we
can start the process of identifying the cause, why should I be arsed to
give a care?

As for "Pissing on customers" Im in the same boat as you, I dont have any
special access, or powers. However I do know how to trouble shoot and I do
care about helping others. I get a little pissy when users repeatedly fail
to provide basic information necessary to troubleshoot their problem and
then start attacking those who are trying to help them. I asked several
times for the relevant information and you didnt provide it, I thought you
would get the clue after I repeated the request the first time, obviously
thats not the case and Ive repeated the request several time WHAT DO I NEED
TO DO TO GET YOU SEND US THE NEEDED DATA?
