[Labs-l] Upgrading labs db replicas to MariaDB 10

The first MariaDB 10 instance is migrated. These names now (or will very
shortly) access it:

Things to note:

1. There are no federated _f_p databases. Everything is local _p.

2. Some duplicate database names exist on s2, s4, and s5 labsdb replicas.
s5 was migrated first, so all databases that were on dewiki.labsdb and
wikidatawiki.labsdb exist with their original names. Where duplicate
database names existed for s2 and s4, a suffix has been added. This is a
complete list of the databases affected:
