Hi,

a while ago I made up a very minimalistic tool for people not having
the skills or endurance to learn about video formats. The tool is
basically converting almost any type of video file into ogg video or
audio without asking any questions: http://tools.wikimedia.se/

As it seems several users are using it now (well, around one
conversion a week...) it deserves some facelift including webm
support, job queuing, and I also thought moving it to labs. But: the
post_max_size is currently 8M. So what is the smartest way to get
larger files uploaded? Changing it in an .htaccess doesn't work.
