Hi,

There is a community project called Wikimedia Labs which is basically
a cluster of virtual servers, used for various developer purposes. We
are also running several bots and tools on this infrastructure and
some of them are connecting to freenode. Unfortunately, it seems that
there are too many of them and freenode doesn't allow new connections
now. Is it possible to lift these limits?
