[Labs-l] wikitech interface changes

We've deployed a number of interface changes to wikitech lately for
OpenStack management. These changes are mostly adding AJAX functionality to
reduce the number of clicks required to perform actions. For instance,
reboot is now a single click for instances.

Today we also pushed out a change to modify how the project filter works.
Previously it was a list of checkboxes that was hidden by default via
javascript. It is now an interface always shown that uses jquery.chosen <
http://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/>. The chosen interface acts like a
combination of a text-box with autocompletion and a multi-select. To use
it, just click in the box and start selecting projects.
