If the bot currently runs as "maintainer-a" and its data is
stored at "/some/path", it will need to be switched to
"local-bot" and "/data/project/bot".  crontabs & Co. need to
migrated as well.

I think most bot operators will do some maintenance work
from time to time, and it will be *much* easier for them to
move their bot(s) that they know by heart on one of those
occasions than for admins trying the same without breaking
anything.

If the former really feel bothered, I'm sure the foundation
can hand out some "I moved my bot from Bots to Tools"
t-shirts to compensate for the inconvenience.
