I'm not sure I understand you; I'm quite certain you do not have cPanel 
on the toolserver, and 95% of what you do on the toolserver is quite the 
same as what you'd need to do on the tools project. What differences 
there might be are minor, and I would be glad to walk you through them 
(and so would many other users).
