[Labs-l] New project request: OxygenGuide (Wikivoyage datadump transformation every 10 days)

Hello all,

I came here from
https://labsconsole.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Getting_Started#Create_Projects

Every 10 days, I download Wikivoyage's datadump to my laptop, run the
OxygenGuide [1] Python script (1~2 hours), then upload the resulting ZIP to
Google Code.
(from where it is downloaded by many people, and in particular by the
Android application "Wikivoyage Offline" [2])

Rather than doing that every 10 days, I am wondering whether I could
configure it to be done on Wikimedia Labs?
Could a new project please be created for this?
I am very familiar with UNIX but new to Wikimedia Labs.
All code is open source [2], and I can set up my Google Code API key if it
is reasonably secure.
I would adapt my shell scripts if necessary.
