[Labs-l] Suspended instances and phpmyadmin

On this topic. If you're on OSX I recommend Sequel Pro (don't be fooled
by the 'Pro' name, it's free). Not sure what the best tools on Windows
and Linux are.
There are some nice native tools that make working with databases really
nice and many of them support built-in ssh tunneling.
