Hm. Yeah, this is doable. Another possibility is to use * DNS, and
pass based on host header; so:

ryansinstance.commonproxy.wikilabs.org -> ryansinstance.pmtpa.wmflabs

This is likely easier than setting up a per-project proxy service...

Anyone want to have a go at this?
