[Labs-l] Upgrading MediaWiki and all extensions on labsconsole to 1.20wmf2 Monday, May 14th

For OATHAuth we must run MediaWiki 1.20, so on Monday I'm going to
upgrade MediaWiki on labsconsole. I've already tested the upgrade in
labs on nova-production1 and have been using it for the past week
without error. There's a possibility that this will help with at least
some of the session issues, since there's been some fixes to the
memcache client in 1.20wmf2.
