[Labs-l] Labs outage due to gluster, yet again

I'm bringing the instances back up. Thankfully this version of gluster
at least doesn't completely trash itself like the last one. That said,
it's still not acceptable for running the virtual machine images.

We'll be considering ceph, for sure. If anyone has any other
recommendations, please let me know.
