[Labs-l] Upgrade of glusterfs for project storage scheduled June 25/26

This has been postponed. Apparently the upgrade of gluster from 3.2 to
3.3 requires downtime since they aren't compatible. This is a huge
nail in the coffin of gluster. We'll now be searching for a
replacement for both instance and project storage.
