[Labs-l] GlusterFS upgrade for project storage scheduled on Aug 1 at 3pm PST

We're still running into a number of gluster bugs, and need to
upgrade. We're already on 3.3, so the upgrade shouldn't require
downtime. This will only affect project storage, and not instance
strorage.
