[Labs-l] Deployment cluster

simple wiki is down because I am optimizing database, it's going to
take up to 8 hours, hopefully after that it could be faster, also the
overal performance of sql seems to be much better, although load of
-sql is 2+ it replies faster than before (I increased buffers to
utilize as much ram as we can use)
