I have no idea what this instance was for. I guess we can delete it, I
have opened https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39759 to find
out.

That was pending recovery of the squid configuration. I am instead going
to use varnish just like in production. I have deleted the instance.

That instance is corrupted, we need to recover /etc/ which contains the
IRC daemon configuration files.
