Public props to Ryan for all his hard work on labs.

In the past *month*, I've used labs for:

1) Setting up MediaWiki dev instances
2) Building and package debs
3) Experimenting with / understanding Varnish
4) Setting up Phabricator and using it for code review
5) Sharing JS / HTML fragments with colleagues

I've run into a couple of bugs, but in both cases the root cause was nova being over-capacity, and Ryan responded instantly on IRC or Bugzilla.
