Here's an update of where we're at: the controller, the network node,
the api, and one of the compute nodes have upgraded successfully. I
had to work out a process for the virt compute node to upgrade it
properly, which took quite a while. I'm in the process of bringing up
all instances on the first compute node. I'll be upgrading the other
compute nodes after doing so.

The upgrade should be completely finished in 2-3 hours.
