[Labs-admin] 8/21/17 Ops Meeting & Clinic

A note to discuss https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T162850.  We have seen
bug his labservices1002 a few times and it seems it hasn't reoccured post
BIOS update on any of the other hosts.  Daniel said he could apply this
week if we want to do the babysitting and silencing.  That's awesome.
