[Labs-admin] Weekly Labs Admin meeting (11/14)

Greetings folks,

We have the first crack at the NFS migration scheduled for today.  This
overlaps with both the Labs meeting and the general Tech Ops meetings.  We
are trying to get to this before Madhu is away for personal business
midweek (she has taken point on this for the last few weeks), and there was
no other available time.  The primary issue is T146154.  I believe Yuvi is
scheduled to handle the general meeting this week but I'm hoping Andrew
that you won't mind stepping in.  Yuvi has more Tools context I think (esp
k8s) at this moment.  We may be in deep weeds today :)  Thank you guys for
keeping up with it last week while I was traveling.  (in particular nice
work going on https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T115194)  I will attempt to
summarize the useful things I got out of Kubecon this week to the list.
