Congratulations! This will help to emphasize that chapters are about
local representation and not responsible for the content of a
Wikipedia in a particular language. And it's great to see that
http://www.wikimedia.ch/ has an RSS feed, it would be nice to have
that for all chapters.

Now where is
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_%C3%96sterreich ? :-)
