A question: we have a page or alike where relevant problems are listed?

Wtih "you" I meant you as individual but rather enwiki editors/admins
but my wording was not so clear. Apologies. And I expect you remind
English is not my mother tongue, even not my second language; I am a
researcher of German thought and I spent my real life mainly to have
Japanese discussions and to read German texts. There is a little room
for English communication in my life expect here Wikimedia project.
Back to the topic, I fully agree with you it is over-done and for
prosperous future of our project, I expect all involved people
recognize there are problems and the current? "no-latin" policy on
enwiki is implemented with a very unthougtful way and that might be a
part of this problem.
