A lot of this information could probably be added to Wikipedia. See

articles, for example.

You also have the option of starting a Wikibook on this. The Spanish
Wikibooks is at http://es.wikibooks.org and currently the only
medicine-related book there is

which documenting some software which visualizes medical images.

You may be interested in starting a project in Spanish similar to the
English one at http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Emergency_Medicine

http://medicine.wikicities.com/wiki/Portada which you could contribute
to.
